Basic Test Package

A. On-site Basic Health Screening with options to take up other tests.

1. A pre-screening questionnaire to determine participant's health status

2. Height & weight measurements to determine body mass index.

3. Blood pressure measurement

4. Blood screening for:

a) Total Cholesterol
b) HDL Cholesterol
c) LDL Cholesterol
d) Cholesterol Ratio
e) Triglycerides
f) Blood Glucose
g) Free HBAIC ( if Blood Glucose > 7 mmol ) 

5. Each individual staff will receive a laboratory report with summary and recommendations in a sealed envelope or folder.

7. Post- screening health talk.
